RETRAK is made up of more than 90 members. The membership is structured in two categories, namely:

This category is for members whose day to day activity revolves around actual formal retail  practices. The membership is open to any person engaged in retail business, from fashion to furniture, supermarkets to once material.
  

These are members who are interested in the retail sector and whose business practice/ models revolves around retail activity but may not necessarily be engaged in actual retail themselves. These may include research centers, consultancies, agencies, service providers etc.
