HOW TO JOIN RETRAK MEMBERSHIP

RETRAK is made up of more than 90 members. The membership is structured in two categories, namely:

ORDINARY MEMBERSHIP

This category is for members whose day to day activity revolves around actual formal retail  practices. The membership is open to any person engaged in retail business, from fashion to furniture, supermarkets to once material.

ASSOCIATE/ CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP

These are members who are interested in the retail sector and whose business practice/ models revolves around retail activity but may not necessarily be engaged in actual retail themselves. These may include research centers, consultancies, agencies, service providers etc.

Joining the membership involves the following steps:

  • Contacting the association through either email or phone call where you will have all your questions answered by our team.

  • The next step involves downloading, filling and sending back the membership application form along with the required documents and the application fees

  • You become an official member of Retail Trade Association of Kenya upon approval by the board.
