  • As a key player in the retail sector we have made plans to ensure future progress of the association and sector. We plan to strengthen the secretariat to be able to increase value services to our Membership, increase Knowledge share forums to ensure retail operation structures are sound.
  • We have already drafted a retail curriculum and are in the process of validating the curriculum to enhance professional services in the sector.
  • With the unified voice of retailers under the umbrella of RETRAK, we have been able to address and overcome various challenges and obstacles experienced in the retail industry. We look forward to the retail sector rising to the position as envisioned in Vision 2030 as one of the 6 Economic Pillars of our economy, through the Formal and Informal Sector in the coming decades.
